HohoChiak 2nd Station @ Ipoh,Perak

If you are from Ipoh,
most probably you had heard about this famous Yong Tau Fu stall at Ipoh.
For those who are from other state,
we would like to introduce you the Ipoh most famous Yong Tau Fu stall at Pasir Pinji
 ( Dai Shu Geok ).

We were shocked by the amount of people surrounding the stall.
Those people were squeezing the crowd to get the food they want.

The fish paste is homemade, prepared using "Gau Yue" and fried on the spot.
Hence the ultra-crispiness of the stuffed fish paste pieces and the heat from the wok and the abundance of oil used in deep frying may not seem to be a feasible option on a health freak's diet list.
The stall underneath some mere canopies is attracting a large crowd,
especially on weekends and public holidays temping even the most wary of eaters from all over.
including tourists from other states and countries.

Each of those cost RM0.60.

Choose your noodle, then your style of serving them.

The "Zhau Liu" paired with the accompany garlic chilli sauce is heavenly as a snack
as well as a main meal.
The secret of their success?
The freshly fried pieces of indulgence as well as the quality of the fish paste used
without any hint of annoying fishy taste.

HoHoChiak!! ;DDD
